The policy of the organization’s integrated management system is based on the following general principles:

• Improving the organization of work in order to rationally use raw materials, energy and water, reduce emissions into the air and prevent water and soil pollution.
• Striving for the reduction of total waste as well as the removal of waste, which cannot be processed in a manner that does not endanger the environment
• Creation of safe and healthy conditions for work, without occupational diseases and injuries at work,

• Application, maintenance and continuous improvement of an integrated management system,
• Leadership, commitment and participation of top management in all processes of the integrated management system through continuous review of the established policy and general goals of IMS by top management,
• Involvement of all employees in the maintenance and improvement of the established integrated management system,
• Improvement of teamwork culture. Finding and proposing new solutions, willingness to participate in multi-functional groups and projects, willingness to share information and ability to work in a team in order to achieve a visible and impressive result, and stimulation of striving for success.
